Strength Training
Resistance training stimulates bone growth and improves overall strength, reducing the risk of fractures. Our Stronger Bones program focuses on safe, weight-bearing exercises to help build bone density and enhance muscle support for better stability.
Improving balance and flexibility is key to preventing falls that can lead to bone injuries and loss of confidence. Our programs and class incorporate yoga, stretching, and coordination exercises to enhance stability and protect your bones.

Activities like walking, stomping, jumping and skipping encourage bone remodeling and support overall skeletal health. We will design a program, which combines fun, guided cardio sessions with exercises specifically designed to strengthen your bones and improve endurance.
